MCS covers diverse topics including parenting; childcare; school choice; child behaviour and cognitive development; health; parents’ employment and education; income and poverty; housing, neighbourhood and residential mobility; and social capital and ethnicity.

Speakers include Professor Emla Fitzsimons (UCL), Professor Chris Taylor (Cardiff University) and Richard Thurston (Welsh Government). An audience Q&A and discussion will follow each presentation.
